This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 85tube platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 85tube. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior warning.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 85tube support team immediately.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 85tube may request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension or closure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an 85tube user, you agree to use this platform for lawful and appropriate purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to access your account.
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or any unlawful activity through this platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or account-related transactions.
- Engaging in any action that violates Malaysian law or compromises the safety of other users.
85tube reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 85tube platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go e-Wallet, Boost, and other digital payment options listed on the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are personally owned. 85tube does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or bank accounts not registered under the user's name.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus fulfilment requirements. 85tube reserves the right to withhold withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation. Processing time for approved withdrawal requests is between 1 and 24 business hours.
All losses arising from gambling activity on the platform are solely the user's responsibility. 85tube is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users while using the platform.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policies
85tube provides this platform on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. To the extent permitted by law, 85tube is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
85tube reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations: confirmed fraud, system manipulation, breach of terms of use, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension due to confirmed fraudulent activity, 85tube reserves the right to withhold the existing account balance.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud — such as a user's own request or at the platform's discretion — any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, subject to compliance with the relevant withdrawal conditions.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 85tube platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 85tube or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 85tube.
The 85tube platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. These links are provided for convenience only, and 85tube is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is done at the user's own risk.
85tube reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 85tube platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
